Sean Angus brings over 30 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, public relations, brand development, and social media experience to The LaunchPad Agency. His innovative approach to strategic planning revolves around developing integrated launch campaigns, unique product positioning, and a focused dedication to a successful execution.
Before his work with The LaunchPad Agency, Sean was the VP of Marketing and Strategy for JumpStarter PR where he led many successful crowdfunding campaigns totaling $20 million in funding.
Sean also worked with Sparkpr as consultant where he has developed and executed a broad range of successful Public Relations campaigns for clients such as KoreConX, MinoMonsters, ViralGains, BrainFall, DabKick, Pikato, Radionomy, CityMaps2Go, and Securifi to name a few.
Sean also founded his own marketing firm, PMC International, where he specialized in working with startup companies on product launches, social media, public relations, marketing, and brand development.
In 2007, Sean was brought on to lead the Marketing & Sales efforts at Fanatec, a video game peripherals manufacturer based out of Germany. He was responsible for all aspects of marketing and sales for the U.S. division.
Previous to Fanatec, he co-founded a gaming accessories company, LASR Accessories, where he helped to create and launch a new line of gaming console backpacks. This provided Sean the opportunity to quickly become proficient in all areas of the business, such as marketing, sales, PR, logistics and business development.
Prior to the LASR venture, Sean worked for Belkin International, where he was a Marketing Product Manager responsible for over $100 million in sales. His accomplishments include increasing sales for his product line by 80%, 15 successful new product launches, and identifying $6 million in cost savings.
